How can essential oils create a feeling of warmth?

When we disperse the aroma, either by applying a product, dropping it in the bath or lighting a candle the scent triggers a certain response from your brain, that can make you feel a certain way. During inhalation for example, odor molecules travel through the nose and affect the brain through receptor sites like the limbic system, commonly referred to as the emotional brain.

This is directly connected to parts of the brain that control heart rate or blood pressure, which explains how certain oils can make you feel relaxed or alert.

Vanilla & Lemongrass Candle

The sweet and comforting aroma of vanilla essential oil creates a warm and inviting environment. Whilst the lemongrass brings subtle uplifting notes to the mix.

Filling your home with this gentle aroma is a great way to make your space incredibly inviting and help you relax in the evenings. The essential oil blend is combined with our natural soy wax candle recipe, so you know there aren’t any nasty synthetic ingredients or fragrances being release in to your space.
