Being located by the Sea and feeling a deep connection to our surroundings inspires us to do what we can to protect it. Sustainable packaging is important, but re-using what we can has been proven time and time again to be the best option for our planet.
Our bottle return program rewards you for the bottles that you bring back to our stores, so if you shop with us in either Brighton or Rye, we’d love for you pop in with any empties so we can put them back to work.
Our goal is to eventually be able to re-use our entire range of packaging, whilst we think up other ways to improve on this, please recycle or re-use anything that can’t be returned.
Step One
RETURNING YOUR EMPTIES
Empties that can be returned
• All glass jars (Eye Gel or Face cream for example)
• All clear glass bottles bigger than 50ml.
Empties that can’t be returned (For now)
• Glass Bottles Below 50 ml - Includes, Essential oils, Carrier Oils, Face Oils, Mood Oils and Perfume Rollers
• Anything in Aluminium
How should the empties be returned?
Please clean your empties as thoroughly as possible before you return them. Labels and lids can be kept on, however this is not essential.

What do I get for my returns?
We will give you 50p off your following order for any bottle or jar returned in-store (Up to a maximum discount of £5 per shop) So be sure to bring your empties along with you on your next trip to a WiDEYE store!
Hand them over to a member of staff and we will take care of the rest.
Step Three
CLEAN, REFILL, RE-LABEL AND RE-USE
What happens to my empties?
After you drop your empties off in-store, they will be returned to WiDEYE HQ where we will begin the process by sterilising and removing any labels. Once prepared for use again, we will re-fill and re-label all the empties, ready to shelves again, creating a fully closed cycle!
