We're always here to help via email, but here's some FAQ's to help you get started.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering if the order is placed on a weekday. If the order is over a weekend, we aim to dispatch on Monday or latest Tuesday. All UK orders should arrive within 4 working days from ordering.

First you need to make sure you have activated your account. If you haven't created a password, contact us so we can re-send the account activation email.

Once you have done this, you need to log in to your account.

Then navigate to the yellow 'Rewards' box on the bottom left.

You'll see the option 'ways to redeem', click this then click 'redeem'. You can then use the scrolling bar to spend points for money off depending on the amount of points you have earned! Please note, you can only spend points once you have earned over 100.

You can earn points each time you order, just make sure you've logged in to your account or use the same email address if you are using quick checkout.

We're only able to send items in one particular order to one particular address. If you want to purchase products to head to different addresses, just pop a separate order in. It helps us calculate the shipping costs accurately.

Absolutely. As standard we do not send out any invoice or prices with the products, our system sends them via email or SMS to avoid unnecessary printing - a little planet sustainability step we like to take.

All orders are parcelled up in recycled cardboard and we use Eco-Flo GM Free starch packing chips.

We can ship anywhere in the world that Royal Mail allows. International shipping is a set rate of £18.95.
