1 - Pick your favourite bath or shower treat, we’d recommend either a clay bath or shower melt for deep nourishment.
2 - Whilst in the bath or shower, take one of our exfoliates to remove dead skin cells. This will help your skin absorb the moisturiser at the next step.
3 - Once you are rinsed off and mostly dry, take your moisturiser of choice and apply all over your body! We'd recommend a skin nourishing balm for a deep treatment.
