Where is eveything made?
We're a small team of passionate makers, everything gets freshly made at our production unit in Rye Harbour.
Are your products good for sensitive skin?
Whilst sensitive skin is a very individual thing, our products don't contain any of the dangerous synthetics which commonly cause reactions amongst people with sensitive skin. Do reach out to us at info@wideye.co.uk if you have any concerns.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Royal Mail delivery takes between 3-5 working days from when the order is first placed. There is also the option to upgrade to next day delivery.
Where are your stores located?
You can visit us at Brighton or Rye! If you get the chance, it's the best way to explore our range.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We only use recycled cardboard. You will also find 100% biodegradable cornstarch wotsits to keep your package safe as well as plastic free packing tape.
Can i add a gift note?
Absolutely! Just add a message to your order notes when you head to your cart (you may need to scroll down). We will include your message in a card free of charge.
